By submitting this form, you acknowledge, agree, and consent to the following terms. No additional signature is required. Your submission of this form constitutes full acceptance of this Privacy Policy, Consent, Media Release, and Liability Waiver.

You authorize the Organization to collect and use your personal information for registration, communication, program participation, and operational purposes, including but not limited to submissions made through tampalatinas.org/inscripciones and/or tampalatinas.org/summerprogram.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Presenting our website and its contents to you
• Providing information, programs, services, or opportunities you request
• Processing registrations and fulfilling the purpose for which you provide your information
• Communicating with you regarding participation, applications, or inquiries
• Sending updates, notices, and relevant communications
• Facilitating applications, partnerships, media participation, or program involvement
• Notifying you about changes to our website, programs, or services
• Sending marketing communications only if you have opted in
• Enabling participation in website features and activities
• Any other purpose disclosed at the time of data collection
• Any other purpose with your consent

3. Media Release (Photo, Video & Likeness)
You grant Miss Latina Tampa Corp the irrevocable, perpetual, and unrestricted right to photograph, record, and use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any media format.
You authorize the use of such materials for promotional, marketing, educational, and public relations purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, digital and print publications, and press outlets, without compensation.
You waive any right to inspect, review, or approve the final use of such materials.
4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
You understand that participation in programs, events, and activities may involve inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown.
You hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Miss Latina Tampa Corp, its directors, officers, staff, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in any program, event, or activity.
5. Minors
If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent. By submitting this form, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy, Consent, Media Release, and Liability Waiver on behalf of the minor.
6. Policy Updates
The Organization reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
