Consra Rosales Pacheco
joined New York life in September 2012 in Orlando, Florida after holding several leadership positions as an Accountant both in Venezuela and the US. As an agent she quickly achieved two Councils by 2013. This year she also achieved Life Career Success, Life Producer, Life Foundation Award, Centurion, New Org Agent of the Year, Life Case Rate Leader, and MDRT. In January 2014, Consra was promoted to Partner achieving Gathering of Eagles and View from the Top in 2014 and 2015 and was named Partner of the year for the South-Central Zone in 2015.
In addition, through her service of the Hispanic community, she achieved the Presidente Award from the Hispanic Business Council and the prestigious Orgullo Hispano (Hispanic Pride award) from Univision. In September 2016 Consra was promoted to Sr. Partner of the Orlando General Office. This year the Orlando GO achieved three trophies including the distinguished View from the Top.In May 2017 Consra was promoted to Managing Partner of the Nashville GO. She earned the prestigious Four-under-Forty award from the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors – NAIFA’s Advisor Today for 2019.Consra accepted her latest promotion to Executive Partner of the Tampa GO in November 2019.
Consra originaria de Caracas Venezuela, trabajo siempre en el mundo de la finanzas. A los 22 años llego a Filadelfia sin papeles y sin hablar ingles empezar de cero fue el reto mas grande, pero su historia empieza cuando se gano la Lotería de Visas que otorga Estados Unidos.
Así pudo continuar con su Carrera en Finanzas, llegó a Tampa en 2019, trabajó en el área financiera y la importancia de educar a la comunidad latina en el área financiera. Para Consra lo mas importante es la educación, es la llave principal de cuanto quieras empezar, solo tienes que atreverte con pasión y trabajo.
Su familia es lo mas importante y el éxito es vivirlo a plenitud, disfruta de su familia todo el tiempo y le dedica muchas horas a sus hijos, que para ella el presente marca una futura satisfacción. Aprendió a manejar el tiempo y es esencial saber aprovecharlo y administrarlo.
Ella le recomienda a todas las jóvenes, atreverse a soñar, y no poner límites en su mente, que saques la pasión y el tiempo para todo lo que quieran lograr.
